7-Day Return Window You may return most unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
The item is not personalized, customized, or marked as final sale
Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or opened products
Personalized or engraved items
Items marked as final sale
Promotional items and gift cards
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at manmoutdoor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept uninitiated returns. All returns must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any associated costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items.
Exchanges If you need a different size or item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within up to 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
